Feedback gevenI used to give this restaurant a five-star rating, but I've changed my mind. The quality has definitely gone down. You end up waiting forever for a beer, and the bartender seems uninterested. They come up with excuses for the delays, and your food arrives late and often not at the same time. It's really disappointing. Honestly, it would be better to just go to the grocery store for chicken strips, sauce, and a drink. You'd save money, time, and still have a decent meal without any excuses.
The burger and boneless wings were quite good, but the fries were a bit tasteless. The service was slow, probably due to being understaffed. I was also troubled to find that I received an outdated menu (I saw several of them lying around), and I was charged $1.70 more than what was on the menu.
This was by far the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. I want to give a special mention to our server, Tobias, who took care of us on May 23, 2022, from 7 PM to 8 PM. We had a great time there. You were the only staff member we saw actively working that night, as most others, with a few exceptions, seemed preoccupied with their phones. From now on, this will be our preferred Buffalo Wild Wings, as it far exceeds the other location we visited twice in Des Moines. Our food arrived in about 14 minutes, and it was both accurate and delicious.
They were short on help it took them awhile to get me my food one of the cooks burnt it the first time and they had to make me a fresh batch of food They didn't serve me the overcooked batch but thats what my waitress told me. it took them so long to bring me my food they were nice and gave me my meal for free. I appreciated that.
Picked up my food.. wings were old. I showed him and the worked said ?Oh God, yes let me get you new wings?. Came back 1 minute later and I check the food SAME WINGS. I said ?those are the same wings.. just with more sauce added?.. I pulled one apart and felt with my finger COLD and HARD. He had nothing to say but looked more in shock I called them out for reserving my the same batch. Like come on.. I ordered 50+ dollars worth of food and give this company good service and tips. Thank god I decided to wait and tip this time until after I checked my food. I said no but I want a refund I won?t pay for old food.. he then said he couldn?t give me a refund then but took down my information and I would see in 3-5 business day.. BUT HAD NOTHING TO GIVE ME AS CONFIRMATION!! Sketchy if you as me.. any other refund I?ve ever gotten was on spot or had proof of pending refund. This location use to be great.. I would blame the workers but at this point it?s on the manager. If the team doesn?t respect your authority and guest they shouldn?t be there. Or the manager doesn?t care and shouldn?t be in management.
