Beach Cafe - West Dorset

I was extremely let down by this cafe. Despite the windy and cold weather, they had closed their indoor seating area and were only serving from a makeshift counter at the entrance. There were no hot food options available and the tea and coffee were expensive for the small takeaway cups. Many customers were hoping to find a cozy spot to sit and enjoy a warm meal, but all that was offered were pricey prewrapped baked goods. The lack of hospitality both indoors and outdoors was far from welcoming or satisfactory.

I ordered two coffees, but they were of poor quality and too pricey. The staff should work on being more friendly and accommodating in a customer service environment.

We were extremely disappointed with our visit to this cafe. Just like many others before us, we also encountered rude staff. The quality of the tea and coffee we ordered was subpar. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I was overcharged on my card - the transaction was processed twice under different names. Be cautious when dining here!

Nice cafe. Place your order on the left side and collect on the right side. Gluten free and vegan sorbets. I personally had the sausage and chips. Excellent food.

Rude staff and overpriced. Go to the Bakery off the High Street to get a great bacon bap at half the price. £2 for a very small cup of tea on the beach is far too expensive.
