I had a horrible experience at this location only and never heard back after sending an email to corporate. It's just too much to even write over again, the amount of absurdness that occurred during our last visit. Don't go to this location, stick with Rockford! Pulled up early for my DoorDash pickup. Hand written note on the door says drive thru only. Pull up to drive thru and say I’m there for my pickup. Guy says, “pull up to the window then”. Rude but ok. Pull up to window. Greeted by no one. Sit for five minutes. Watch a guy staple my order closed at twenty times. Some how the shake machine is broken, didn’t get my shake. Staff incredibly rude. Don’t say hello or good bye. Also my food was cold despite being there early for my pick up.

This place has gone downhill. The quality of the food isn 't nearly what it used to be. My recent order had wilted lettuce and a long red hair! Gross! They have started the death spiral by permanently closing their dining room... never a good sign. Any restaurant that can 't afford employees... can 't afford quality/fresh ingredients. There are much better options nearby. Food: 1

Tried it for the first time. The roast beef with cheddar was excellent. Similar to Arby's but better tasting. Cheese fries were simple and very good. Very friendly woman at the drive-thru as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
