Starbucks - West Dundee

If anyone else was open at 6:30 am on a Sunday morning for my coffee and laptop time, I'd have gone there. I do try hard to avoid Starbucks when possible!This visit was good and with enough cream and sugar, the sins of Starbucks overroasting is going to be covered up. Wifi worked well and when I left after an hour, my laptop was charged as was my phone. Parking: Easy parking for the Sprinter van

I love this new Starbucks. I think there are a lot of people that aren't aware of this new location so it's not as crowded. The employees are still friendly and they make good drinks. That's all I'm looking for.

I ordered an iced venti chai latte with light ice and my drink was so watered down it was hard to taste the chai- I paid $7 for watered down tea. Definitely not worth the price. No one answers the phone either.

Today 1/30/24 I went the drive thru at this location and ordered a Venti Brown sugar oat milk espresso with light ice. The barista stated that it’s an iced based drink and will leave a space in my drink. So I’m paying for a Venti but getting a Tall size drink. So then I said you know what I don’t want it, I want a refresher you can give me a strawberry açaí with lemonade. I paid for the drink and then pulled off to realize that they gave me a cup full of ice with again the size drink of a tall. So I will not be going to this Starbucks again because they don’t give the customer what they want and it’s not worth $9.00 for ice. I can make ice at home for free. Starbucks you are ridiculous with your prices and the way you give your product to people. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer and have never complained about the prices until now that you guys want to charge all this money for a swallow of a drink. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
