I never come on here and complain about restraunts, it has to be really bad for me to do this, but I thought I'd give a warning. I should have known by how empty they were and how soon the food came . We couldn't eat more than a couple bites. The chicken pad thai had a strange unpleasant fishy smell and rubbery things in it which maybe were tofu? The sesame chicken tasted horrible like it was cooked in old burnt oil, and the fried rice was mushy and bland. I had high hopes because of the good reviews, but I guess I should have read more. Never again!
Ordered a plate of sesame chicken took one bite and realized the chicken didn't taste good. Told the waitress that I no longer wanted the chicken but they still wanted me to pay. This place use to have great food and service. It's a shame because I use to eat here alot but not any more, save your money
This place is no good, I ordered sesame chicken. The edges of the chicken were hard the white rice was like paste. This place has really gone downhill ever since new owners they forget stuff you have to call them back and they show up an hour later with the stuff they forgot they are not sufficient God for bid you ask him what’s wrong never again happy wok is a lot better on Easton Avenue next to Sicilies pizza .
I'm surprised by all the bad reviews, personally I've been here a few times and enjoyed it. I order the hot pot and for the price and ALL YOU CAN EAT you can't go wrong. The food is fresh. My daughter loves it.
Hadn 't been there in a while, but always liked it. Went in to order takeout. A guy and a kid were behind the counter. I asked if they had chow fun noodles that day. (They sometimes run out. Neither of them seemed to know what I was talking about. After pointing it out on the menu, I managed to order it. Asked for chicken with black bean sauce. (This had been one attraction of the place. A lot of the local places don 't have chow fun or black bean sauce on the printed menu, though most will make it if you ask. The kid stared at the register for a while, then said, Chicken with garlic sauce? At that point, I asked my wife if we should leave. She wanted to stick it out, so she gave them the rest of our order while I enjoyed the weather in the parking lot. I asked around at the mall and heard the owners had sold and moved back to NY. The food was not great. Hot and sour soup was okay. (Best in the Valley is from Asia on Susquehanna St. Chicken had little taste. Chow fun noodles were old and mushy. Not going back.
