Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - WEST GROVE

I'm currently waiting for a phone order that I placed over an hour ago, and it seems to be lost in the mix. I was really looking forward to one of their famous sandwiches, but I was told they ran out of the Capastimi meat. The restaurant has only been open for 30 minutes, and there are three more customers here waiting as well. To make things worse, they also ran out of meatballs, which prompted my husband to change his mind and order something Italian instead. This place has a lot of potential, but the service needs some improvement.

WORST Capriotti's experience ever! This location tarnishes the reputation of the entire chain. It feels like it's run by a group of kids who have no interest in doing their jobs. The manager, if they exist, seems to be absent on weekends or simply doesn’t show up when asked. The phone is often left off the hook, especially on Sundays. I visited in person because they wouldn’t answer my calls, and while I was there, I dialed the store number only to get a "busy" signal—despite the fact that NO ONE was on the line. A fellow customer mentioned the phone issue, and the staff member at the counter responded with indifference, saying, “Oh, I dunno,” and just walked away without taking their order. Expect to be overlooked most of the time when you visit. The cheesesteak was disappointing, with barely any meat inside. I've heard complaints from numerous people trying to place orders over multiple days, all within an hour. This place needs a complete overhaul, including management that clearly doesn’t care.

I don't want to pay. $23 for a big sub, IF had it quality ingredients. Bit in 3 bones and it was 84% dried out dark meat. Disgusting. We live too far away or I would have taken it back. Send them an email with pictures so they can see. In addition, they do not take phone in or online orders. I'm not back. Looks like many people complained, so I guess they don't read these reviews to improve their business.

Absolutely love this shop! The best sub sandwiches ever. I recommend their famous Bobbie it 's got fresh oven roasted turkey(not deli meat) mayo, cranberry and stuffing, yummy!

Look I don?t like being a Karen at all because i hate those type of people. It was terrible. Looked like it was pre made. Tried to call and explain situation so no one else has to deal with the situation but they the phone off the hook and made it a busy signal. The Italian Hoagie with EXTRA meat had less meat then the original sandwich. The Italian sandwich tasted like wet lettuce. The cheesteak was so bland that i needed to add more ketchup to make it seem taste decent. My dog could make a better sandwich. Whoever owns this place should shut it down immediately. I do not recommend this place at all.
