Post Stop Cafe - West Hampton Dunes

In town from Michigan and had a wonderful lunch at the Post Stop Cafe today. Started with a refreshing cocktail then on to a delicious chicken almond sandwich with waffle fries. Finished off with generous slice of carrot cake. Definitely recommend dining here if in the area, I’ll be back! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Just ordered an orange bourbon half a chicken, to my great disappointed it came with a cut off wing (half a chicken) when addressing this with the waiter, she asks if I want her to take it back to the chef. Alright she does, then comes back to say that the chef says he had placed the wing on top. Mind you this is supposed to be a whole half a chicken, and topping it all, the piece of meat is visibly not the. I'm feeling disgusted right now. Unfortunately I don't take kindly to bad, poor and condescending service. My choice is to cancel the order, and never to come back. Even my rating is for the presence of the building.

The service is consistently excellent and the food is really good. I always walk out with a smile. Two big fat thumbs up.

My mother and I took an impromptu trip out on the Island to find not only a Farmer's Market but this little gem. It's a great little place. Naturally lit with outside seating. Lots of solid items on the menu, keto friendly. It is apparently an historical landmark for Westhampton and I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. The bathroom was beautiful.

The hostess and staff were gracious and accommodating. My brother and I stopped for lunch earlier today. Our food was delicious. Service was terrific. Everyone made us feel welcome. Would definitely go back!
