Bad customer service, the front of the house made a commentary while I went in fun because I should say something but not get at their level. they may not like much happiness to those who go here
To say the employees are lazy and rude would be an understatement. We’ve come in more than a half hour before close and they refused to make a shake. Also what employer allows for earbuds to be worn in a customer service position? I’ll be taking my business to the Glastonbury location from now on.
Attitude is terrible. I am not sure what kind of training employees get before start working but it seems like the work culture their is not pleasant.
I went in today with my toddler. I waited in line behind 5 people only to be told I couldn't get ice cream because he wasn't trained and they needed a 4th person to come in in an half hour before serving me. I insisted because I didn't want to disappoint my kid. He asked that he take care of the customers behind me 1st. I said ok. Next he couldn't ring my order. Then he had a 5 min convo about his broken down car with another customer that had already been served). Every step of getting 2 scoops of ice cream with sprinkles required him to ask his coworker. She even told him to get something out the fridge. He wasn't trying or using common sense. On top of this they were discussing an irate customer from earlier. These employees need to be supervised and trained. I'm disgusted. I was there at least 15 min.
