Dunkin' - West Hartford

I enjoyed more speck, and all the food was served hot, just as it should be. I dined there twice in a week. It was a bit of a challenge to navigate through three other Dunkin' Donuts to get to this gem.

I go to this dunkin' exceptional service every morning! they know my coffee and normally make it before I ask him. always very friendly, fast, clean environment. it is difficult to find trustworthy dunkin' standorte, but this is one. they always get the order exactly. would recommend a stop if they are in the opposite!

I wish there were a drive-thru. The staff moved as quickly as they could.

This Dunkin' location is just okay. I visit this part of the city about once a week, and I prefer the one on Park Road over the 56. I've encountered a few issues with my mobile orders, particularly with the donuts. The first time, they were out of a special seasonal donut, which wasn’t a big deal because I could choose something else. However, the next two times I ordered classic donuts that were supposedly in stock, but neither time did they actually include them in my mobile order. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in line both times just to ask the cashier for the donuts I ordered. What's the point of using mobile ordering if I still have to wait in line at the end?

Rude staff. This is the first time my wife and I have tried Dunkin ' and the staff was very rude. We let others go ahead of us so there was no line while we ordered. When it came to the size of the coffee, I didn 't see any sizes listed so I said Regular? And she said that wasn 't a size and huffed. So I guessed again, Tall? Medium? And she huffed and said our sizes are small, medium, and large. So I said medium. Then I asked what she had on the order, which was a good thing because she completely missed the sandwich. We ended up getting everything we ordered, but the staff made us feel like we were bothering them by being there and wouldn 't offer even a little help.
