Ward's - West Hattiesburg

Ordered $30 worth of food... double big one combo, double big one sandwich only, and 2 chili cheese dogs. The meat patties were burnt, and Chili tasted watered down. Maybe it was a busy night, I'm not sure, but I was disappointed ?.

Greasy chilli and the chicken tender salad had very little chicken

The food was cold. It was busy, and they were short-staffed. The worker at the window was nice.

We always look forward to a trip around Hattiesburg, MS so that we can make a stop at Ward’s. I love this place and all that it offers. This particular stop was for breakfast and the patty sausage biscuit did not disappoint, as usual. The lady at the register was extremely nice. The place was pretty clean to be an older building, looks like the staff takes care of it pretty well. I pretty much always have a good experience at this location on Hwy 49. We’ll always recommend Ward’s for any meal.

Food wasn't hot and fresh. Employee had an attitude. Service was slow. I'm here from FL and sure wanted some good hot fresh Wards...
