I placed a mobile order around 7:10 PM, and by 7:24 PM, I had only received my croissant and hash browns. I had to catch a train, and it took too long. I paid for my order, but I couldn't eat or drink anything.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. The management is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They consistently have only one person working the entire store, resulting in outrageously long lines. I've noticed that they seem to lose their best employees every time. Overall, I would rate this experience a 0/10.

The worst D.D. that I went???. The cashier was very angry with a very bad actitudes. I was ordering and she was making different angry faces and sighing and saying Oh my God She complained telling to the people that she was upset because it is the weekend and she is working alone. If she don 't like the job that 's not the correct job for her. That 's not a good customer service. That was very UNRESPECTFUL !!! ???
