I found a whole live maggot on my daughters French fries. I spoke to 2 different people for them to tell me that's not true when is clearly on the fry. They also told me that I had an old menu to up charge my total. I asked her to send a new menu and she never sent it.

It truly breaks my heart to write this as China Sea has consistently been one of my favorite options. Unfortunately, yesterday I ordered a luncheon special of chicken with cashew nuts. I totally for got to request no celery. I spent the greater portion of my time removing the celery prior to eating my lunch. As I was going through the plate I removed some celery and carrot bits from the rice section. To my dismay I uncovered a fresh roach. To say I was horrified was an understatement. I immediately brought the food back to the restaurant. They were not alarmed or dismayed by the roach. They were nonchalant and offered my meal to be replaced. They were attempting to refuse to refund my purchase.

If I could give them negative stars I would it was mouse p in my food !!!!!! Do not eat here they're dirty ... and I promise you I'm telling no lies Im over here panicking because there was mouse p in my rice I can't believe this happened to me I would never eat Chinese food again !!!

Last week I ordered cold food and I wash missing items. I just called and asked a lady how long for delivery, she said one hour and hung up on me. I've been ordering here for 4 years. Time to try somewhere else. Must be new ownership.
