Bravo Italian Kitchen Pittsburgh Waterfront

I've eaten here many times, but that was the best meal we've ever had. her penne pasta and meatball is the best in the city and our server was a real profi.

It was super easy to schedule our reservation . Being new years eve, they were busy, but not crazy...the bartender was helping seat people so the line didnt back up! It seemed that they had a plan!

Bravo Waterfront: kitchen forgot pasta sauce twice. Waitress brought wrong dishes twice. Steak was tough, needed to be replaced. Overall dinner took 3 hours due to all the mistakes.

I have eaten here about 4 or 5 times when I am visiting Pittsburgh. It is convenient to park there. The overall experience was just okay. It was crowded and understaffed all restaurants are understaffed) which made bar and table service very slow. The Caesar salad was very good but the shrimp scampi was very unimpressive. Tiny shrimp and runny, tasteless sauce. The pasta was alright but nothing to rave about. Try another menu item. One of our friends had pizza which looked very fresh and he enjoyed.

Would have rated 5 stars but menu was limited due to shipping issues. Server was very nice and attentive. Food was scrumptious as always.
