Bagel Buzz - West Islip

UPDATE:7/10/22 unless they are friends with the employees they will not help. I had to interrupt two private conversations to get my order done. when the lady took my order, she seemed extremely uncomfortable and annoying. I didn't want to get back one last time. so please visit only this business if they are friends with the personal or have really low expectations at the service and if they do not want what they order. 5/31/22 They forgot the cheese on a bacon egg and cheese. I try to call the load, no one takes the phone off

This place is terrible. they have completely messed up my order and will not answer their handys. I paid the full price for a terrible fies sandwich I can't eat. I have specifically asked for no speck for religious reasons and they have put speck over my sandwich. if I want to complain, they won't answer their handies. I called a total of 5 times and got the answer machine?.

Pathetic Service. SPECIFICALLY asked for a sandwich with no cheese this morning from door dash. i clearly stated NO CHEESE IM ALLERGIC ON THE NOTES. IT seems like nobody cares to read the notes. Anyway when i called they said well we didnt see the note so theres nothing we can do didnt offer me a free bagel, egg sandwich, nothing. They rather lose money than offer a free sadnwich for their careless mistake.

I recently walked into the WI Bagel Buzz for the 1st time. i was greeted right away with a smile. they were getting busy. it was about 11:30am. i asked a bunch of bunch of questions, which were answered politely, with a smile. the server went out of her way to make sure i got what i wanted and would be happy. the price was right. my order was perfect and the food delicious. i will be going back soon. i did call to let them know how impressed i was. i found out it was Taylor who served me. she 's a keeper! thoughtful, polite, professional, knowledgeable all with a smile. thank you again Taylor! ';

Great bagels food but the counter help doesn't seem to know the difference between potato salad, macaroni salad coke slaw :
