I tried the Big Pig Pizza at the Ox Roast today and wow, I loved it! It's not the kind of food I usually look for at carnivals or festivals, but this has definitely made it to my must-try list at the Ox Roast! Thank you for introducing me to my first wood-fired pizza!

If you're looking for authentic smoked barbecue cooked low and slow for nearly 18 hours, you have to check out this place! The brisket is incredible, and the onion rings are perfectly crispy.
