Mcdonald's - West Jefferson

The passage was perfect, and our Cheeseburgers were good and we could add extra pimples and mustard so they were fresh. The frits were delicious and crispy. Good food and good service.

Love the new lobby! Super happy to see it open. Thanks for the children's day! It's busy, but they're under control. Also a guy in the lobby has a great job cleaning.

Excellent fast food restaurant. I spoke to the owner a few times. He, together with all his employees, seem proud of the restaurant and the food that produces and serves the decor. Food is always fresh and hot. The staff always smiles, which is rare, but welcomed in these days. The only negative I can make out there to make this as an unbiased check as possible would be the waiting time on the drive thru. It is not always slow, but on some occasions there were some delays due to the amount of traffic. This isn't the restaurant, the owner or the staff. Not at all! Employment coverage is a problem not only with these McDs, but all of them throughout the country. The pandemic took us all her toll, but if at all, this McDs was a blessing during the pandemic. The owner gave Ashe County students food.. To be honest and clear, waiting in the line is really nothing. I just had to find something wrong to be fair.. But 5 stars, is really not enough!

I tried the tropical mango lamb and 2 shattered doughnuts and HOLY FUZZ I am them... Lol no they are YUMMY

Always go here late in the afternoons and get an ice coffee to pick me up and finish my day out it's like a $1.80 and it's really good and they have other good coffee drinks too Don't really eat the food here full disclosure
