Feedback gevenIt was a great place to get a late dinner. Everyone was nice and helpful. The food was delicious. I loved my lettuce wrapped hamburger. So good!!
Judge me but this Carls Jr is always awesome. We come for my son to get the chicken stars and the customer service is always great. People are extra kind and it throws me off. Since we usually only get the chicken stars I’m not sure of the rest of the menu, but maybe one day I will report back!
We went through the drive-thru around 9:00 tonight and whoever is working the window/intercom is AMAZING! I sadly didn't catch his name but he was soooo incredibly patient with our complicated order! He was very polite and our food was SUPER fresh, like the freshest it can possibly be. I know first hand how awful people can treat fast food employees, and I wish this guy the best, he's doing a great job, and he's very kind, I hope you all value him like he deserves
This carls jr is one of my favorite spots to stop for breakfast and lunch. Always fast and friendly service. Food is always hot and fries are fresh. Solid 4 out the door. I'll be back for sure.
Customer service was outstanding. Employee at the drive thru window apologized to us for taking a bit longer. Gave us cookies for our patience.
