Famous Dave's -b-que - West Jordan

We love good BBQ and with Covid this year decided to have a Christmas meal with our employees in our home and social distance a little more than we could in a restaurant. Somehow our order got messed up with the delivery service. Famous Elliott called us and apologized and made things right. We were so impressed with the customer service! It was totally worth the inconvenience and wait. The ribs, brisket, pulled pork and sauces were amazing!!! Our sides were perfect and I loved the cornbread muffins more than I thought I would! Lol THANK YOU Famous Dave’s!

We love this Famous Dave 's Bar-B-Que in Jordan Landing! The manager Jeremy who responded to my complaint of a rude host at the entrance made this a Happy Birthday experience . We had a great waiter- Omar an excellent replacement host, Gabe, so the experience that started out unpleasant became is a good memory that ends with complimentary cake! It is difficult for any business to make it work after quarantine and it 's a testament to smart management and hard workers who care about customer service as part of the dining experience. Please come to this Famous Dave 's restaurant and support a manager and staff who care about you and the hard earned dollars you spend in their establishment. Thanks again Famous Dave 's for the excellent food and service!

We arrived at around 6 o’clock and were seated right away. We had the best waiter, Chris. Food was great (no pictures because… hungry! we had a 3 meat combo for two people. The corn muffins are delicious and you must have one. The flavored lemonades were a tad sweet but you can always ask for water and dilute them. We had the peach and raspberry lemonades. Didn’t need the restrooms so not sure how those look. Overall is was clean and a great place to have dinner.

Very good Bbq for a very good price, i am surprised there is only one location is salt lake that I know of. I heard the founder's story and I was impressed so I decided to give it try and I was not disappointed. You got to give it a try. If this is your first time a famous Dave start with e sample platter

Great food and great service. Wish I could remember the name our waiter, he handled a table of 20. The food was awesome and we'll worth the price. Had a small concern about the bill, did not ask for a discount but the manager jumped in and hooked us up. True customer service. We will definitely make this our BBQ favorite. They helped make my Father's Day lunch awesome. Thank you Famous Dave's.
