Buddy's -b-q - West Knoxville

We have always liked Buddy's BBQ. The food is always good. The wait time is usually acceptable. They are quick and accurate with our orders. We will be going back often.

We dine at the Broadway location. The service has become slow. Something I learned in the restaurant business eons ago, do not dish up or serve a meal until you can serve everyone in the party. (We're a party of two). This has happened on several occasions..One ticket, one dinner and 8 wings on the side. The pork dinner and two sides are plated and sat on the counter…Then the 4/5 min wait on the wings. In the meantime the dinner plate is getting cold, by the time it's consumed it's real cold … – show

For a guy passing through from the north, this was a good find for just jumping off the highway to get a bite to eat. I would stop by here again. The staff was great.

What's not to like about Buddy's Barbecue. Love those Hawg Back Potatoes.
