I ordered a large decaf coffee, which was excellent. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, which was also excellent. I initially ordered the snacking bacon. I asked for warm bacon. I don't know anyone who likes greasy cold bacon. I was told they don't have it hot and against policy to warm. So that was removed from my order. No greasy cold bacon for me at this price.
I was at this location in the drive through. The young lady who took my order and gave me my drinks was wonderful. However, while waiting on my order I heard who I could only presume was the manager or shift lead being very rude and degrading to this particular female staff even after she had apologized for whatever she did twice. He continued to be very loud and talked to her like an animal even though he could see that I was sitting there. I live in the are however will not go back to this Dunkin. Management like this will cost you staff and customers. I hope that staff member finds a better place to work where she will be valued.
I truly don’t know what makes this place so slow. There can be 1 car in the drive thru and you still have to wait at least 15 mins. It’s actually amazing.
All the donuts are baked fresh every morning and delivered straight from the bakery to the store.Have a catering event?~They need 24 hours notice for any (especially large! custom orders!~Donuts are -never- reused or set back for use for another day… they are all baked fresh in the middle of the night and delivered in the early AM -every single day-! If there is enough staff, and the need is there, then sometimes the donuts are made directly in-house!This Dunkin has a great team of employees that provided quick, excellent service. Mocha, Ty, Lazabia, Jeremy, John, Henry and Jayden were/are all exceptional employees who went above and beyond for their customers. I know from experience that fast-food work can be very stressful and difficult, especially without proper management.From my own personal experience I know this particular location has had several management changes, and I hope they get it situated soon for the sake of the employees as much as for the sake of the customers.PROTIP: If you’re ever having to wait in a long queue, blame the MANAGEMENT not the employees!!!In general the crew is made up of Hardin Valley locals that love their job and work hard to provide the best Dunkin’ experience they can for their visitors!There is a remodel scheduled for 2024, but I’m sure it will be back and better than before!! (The included photos are pre-remodel! Vegetarian options: I know that the hashbrowns are vegan! (And quite delicious! Dietary restrictions: Be sure to tell the employees if you have an allergy!If you have a customer order for catering etc., they generally need just 24hrs notice so that enough donuts can be made or delivered for your event!Parking: Sometimes it is difficult to find a spot during peak hours due to the parking lot being shared with the surrounding stores, and sometimes UPS trucks can make the drive-thru a bit tricky to pull into while they're loading during the hours of 5/6/7?DoubleDogs customers also fill up the lot quickly during peak hours of lunch and dinner...but in general, there is always enough parking for guests!Kid-friendliness: Dunkin’ employees are always happy to help the kiddos choose their donut treat!Wheelchair accessibility: The store is wheelchair accessible and has a wheelchair-friendly lobby and bathrooms!
