Very nice and knowledgable but beware You’ll be charged by the ounce for the packaging. In my case that was $3.50 for the paper.

They are expensive, but it all is so, so good.. These fellas have a true passion for what they do. I enjoy when a person's eyes sparkle and their face lights up when asked questions about their product and process, and the fella I spoke to did just that. There is no describing HenHoc so just take yourself down there and relish in the experience. Their Instagram is very informative as well.Seriously folks. This is the butcher shop of dreams... Especially for Knoxville...Enjoy.! To get 5 Stars from me is almost unheard of.

Sorry guys but I just don’t see it. The selection was poor, the meat was expensive, the dry aged beef we had was tough and chewy. Really unimpressed and it’s too bad because Knoxville needs a good butcher shop.

Every lunch item they offer is clearly thought out and tested to ensure a great product. The steaks are incredible. The Scottish salmon is one of the best pieces of salmon I’ve ever had. The guys are great about offering advice and tips for how to cook different items and are super welcoming. If you’ve not grabbed something from here you are missing out!
