Pizza Hut Express - West Knoxville

The atmosphere is much better than it used to be and the service is getting better, I worked there as delivery driver for 6 years and it's no better or worse than any other restaurant, but I do love their pizza and who can say that chocolate lava cake is not just the best?.

The Spanish speaking commercial is why I won't eat there. I guess English speaking Americans aren't catered to.

No phone number to call and only personal pizzas. Online shows it as full service, wasted a trip here to find out. That's pathetic, it takes hardly any time to make an edit online letting people know it's not full service.

It was day two in a new apartment all I wanted was to drown in New York style; I needed it fast because of course I waited too long to stop to eat. For $2.50 I asked for extra cheese, the way they listened to me... it was like I actually had a mother. I'm still thinking about that pizza.

I wish i could do 0 stars I Ordered food from them they forgot to pack certain items, i called so they could fix it they said I'd have to pay to get the rest of my stuff delivered to me. Staff was disgusting and didn't look like they have showered in days, the manager said she would spit in my food the next time i ever ordered so it didn't make me want to pay delivery for the rest of my stuff. Horrible place, Covid happening and they really said they'd spit in my food. This place should be shut down. Don't order here.
