All I can say is OH MY GOD!!!!! As a New Yorker who loves to eat, I try to find the best places whenever I get to go somewhere new. During an impromptu trip to Knoxville, I asked someone for a great place to eat as I'd been eating hospital food for a few days. She recommended Saville, and I must say this is a MUST TRY!!! The place is the cutest spot to visit. You can BYOW, which I didn't during this visit but I'm hoping for a next time. The food, well.....I enjoyed Scallops picatta, and for dessert a Limoncello Mascarpone Cake that melts in your mouth. I was in HEAVEN!!! So, whenever you are in the area stop in and enjoy from what looked like an assortment of delicious dishes to try. And Liz the owner was Amazing!!!

Savelli's Italian Restaurant in Knoxville, Tennessee is a hidden gem of restaurants in the area. Our crew tried it and every dish was delicious and authentic. The quaint eatery is the perfect place for date night or a meal with friends. It's located about ten minutes from the University of Tennessee's main campus so if you're in town for a game, it's a great place to finish off the evening. The Calamari and Bruschetta appetizers were very good. The Calamari was flavorful, light and the perfect level of crispness. The Bruschetta topped with Mozzarella was mouthwatering with a basalmic glaze. We tried the Chilean Sea Bass with risotto, the Scallop Picata, the Lobster Ravioli and Chicken Alfredo with Angle Hair Pasta and all were seasoned well, had great portion sizes and melted on your tastebuds. All of the items came to the table hot out of the kitchen. This was the first meal in a while that no one in our group had leftovers. They don't serve wine or alcohol but you can bring your own wine for a $4.00 per bottle corking fee. There are only about 10 to 12 tables inside so it's highly recommended to make a reservation if you want to get in. They were full when we visited so it's probably a good idea to do so. The service was friendly and accurate. They really do a great job of making sure you're taken care of. We didn't feel like we were waiting long for anything. They have a few tables out front if you really want to be outside but the cozy atmosphere inside is what makes this place great. They also have nice music playing that helps you feel relaxed while enjoying dinner. Parking is free but limited. However, due to the restaurant being on the smaller side, you'll likely have a place to park. This is definitely a place we'll return when passing through Knoxville to try more of the menu.
