Sunspot - West Knoxville

I’m so sorry to say this, i love sunspot and i’ve been going here for years, however, i have never in my entire life had worse service from someone. Kyle needs to understand the basic steps to service/ human decency. Are you new here? never have i ever experienced more hostility or attitude from a server. it was my friends birthday and he made us feel as if we were the biggest inconvenience since wearing masks in Kroger. I’m here right now writing this review in fury because I feel so neglected. I am appalled at this service, we haven’t even gotten our food yet. I will be back because I am a loyal customer but I will never put up with this attitude ever again. Thank you.

Tofu Grain Bowl. I really enjoyed the bowl The quinoa was some of the most tasty that I've eaten. Highly recommend and am eager to get other offerings from the menu

Sad to say how disappointed I was. Went with friends before going to a play. Service was VERY slow. Drinks came out so slow, actually finished meal before drink came. Food subpar, so looked forward to the tuna sandwich. Couldn't eat it, super tough and overcooked. Sorry to say I can't recommend this place a d won't return. ?

Good food! Good service nice location, I’ve been a fan for a few years now!

The food was really good and our server Jack was very helpful in helping us choose dishes from their great selection.
