Wendy's - West Knoxville

Drive-thru is a joke. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take order. Lady that took order was rude. I asked for a peppermint milkshake. She advised it was a frosty not a milkshake. Told her I didn’t care what you call it as long as it was peppermint. When I received it, it was all melted and looked like pink soup. Definitely not a frosty!!!

The food was mostly as expected but my Coke Zero was mostly carbonated water. Not too big a deal but failure to refill was a theme — no napkins and no paper towels in the restroom. Clearly the store manager needs to focus on the details.

Spicy chicken with strawberry lemonade is my favorite but their burgers are good as well

Asked for no salt on fries. Was seved salted fries. Dude touched his face without washing hands. Won't go to this location again
