It seemed like it had been warmed up from a tray, and I suspect it was baked. The fries had a distinct fishy flavor, which isn’t surprising given that they also serve fish and likely use the same fryer. The onions on the side were a sad excuse. On the positive side, the students were very friendly and eager to help, but unfortunately, the overall quality of the food just isn't good. Ever since Aramark took over, things have definitely gone downhill.
The staff is not very experienced, but the main issue are the prices way too high for the sizes. The quality of the food is good nevertheless, and the location is convenient to many buildings on Purdue's campus.
Affordable prices for students. The food is cooked and served by students.
You have a nice selection of two soups available each day, which come with a roll. Many American eateries tend to serve oversized portions at high prices, but here it's more reasonable. The daily special appears intriguing, although I skipped it since I wasn't very hungry at lunchtime.
Limited hours, but much faster service than some other campus locations. As this is part of a course for hospitality management students, the daily specials rotate frequently
