Captain Gyros - West Lafayette

The gyros and fries here are incredibly fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this place. I personally prefer my gyros with just onions, but I believe that's how they're typically enjoyed in Turkey. The sauces are also excellent!

I tried the pair of gros, which consists of a cheeseburger topped with gyro meat, along with mozzarella sticks and nuggets. The staff were friendly, and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. Both the gyros and burgers were excellent!

Captain Gyro is amazing! I always can depend on them to deliver fast and friendly service and delicious food. I always get the Gyro meal with America cheese and extra sauce. There food reminds me of back home in Chicago. I definitely try to make a trip once or twice a month. If you want some delicious Gyros, trust me you won’t be disappointed with them!

Absolutely love this place! Their gyros and burgers are DELICIOUS. They have the best fries in Lafayette, in my opinion. The food is always fresh, hot and the portions are large. I usually get the classic gyro platter and always have some to take home. The store itself is a little old but everything is in that area. Potbelly's is right across the street and they have the best deli style sandwiches in Lafayette as well. 2 great places to eat on campus! I want a gyro NOW! YUM!

Gyros are one of my favorite sandwiches, and no one does it better than Captain Gyros! They've been here for 17 years, and I just discovered them! In the middle of the Purdue village, they are not hard to find. The gyros are huge! And plenty of tzatsiki! You'll need plenty of napkins. There are other places to get gyros, but none (and I've eaten many around the U.S. as good as this! The people who work there are very friendly, adding to the charm of the place. If you like Gyros, come to Captain Gyros!
