Mcdonald's - West Lake Hills

Food is always both good and consistent (unlike many other fast food places where quality varies visit to visit). Service is good, and the place is always clean.

Seemed like the burrito that I ordered was quite small than what you get at other McDonald restaurants.

We waited more than 30 minutes for our food. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and non caring. We went up four times to check on food and she never bothered to give us our coffee and soda until the third time. When I asked to speak to the manager she just said she was in the back and turned away from me. I finally got the managers attention and she refunded our money. This was one of the rudest food employees I’ve come across.

First time at this location and it will be the last. Everything was off, and theres no customer service amung the whole establishment. Not to mension my food tasted horrible, the worst double cheese burger I ever had from a McDonald's. I highly recommend going else where. Save yourself.

This place always finds brand new ways to make me regret the experience.
