Subway - West Lancashire

This is one of the best Subway locations I've been to, so I felt it was worth writing a review. The sandwich was perfectly toasted, the store was bright and spacious, and the staff greeted me with a smile. Even though I was just passing through and don't live nearby, I would definitely make it a regular stop if I did.

While the staff are friendly, they lack proper training...I discovered a long hair in my sandwich. I chose not to complain as I didn't want to cause any trouble. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as it was quite unpleasant.

I ordered food for lunch and was disappointed by the service at this restaurant. The sandwich I received had been left to go cold after being taken out of the toaster. The senior female staff member seemed uninterested in listening to her own staff, who were trying to inform her that they had run out of certain items. One of the younger female staff members kept touching her nose and even used one hand to retrieve something from the floor while wearing food handling gloves. The male staff member dropped an order on the floor, picked it up, and placed it in the delivery bag. It was evident that the staff prioritized fulfilling online orders over serving customers waiting in the shop. The establishment itself was dirty and unkempt. This was my first and last time using this place.

Ordered home delivery of nearly £30 one item was a tuna salad box next to no tuna and telephoned to complain and clearly they were not bothered at all. Very poor and will not be ordering from here again. Burscough outlet much more helpful and better quality

An excellent value for money sub platter. Tasty, fresh and well presented. Helpful and friendly staff.
