We decided to stop by this restaurant without making a reservation first, and the hostess kindly found a table for the four of us. We were surprised to see that the restaurant had changed ownership since our last visit before lockdown. We ordered the tapas grazing menu and were blown away by the incredible food. The small plates were bursting with flavor and creativity. Each bite offered a tantalizing mix of tastes that complemented each other perfectly. We each had a starter and three tapas dishes, and also sampled each other's dishes - everything was mouthwatering. The salmon risotto was excellent, the pork belly was crispy and paired perfectly with the apple sauce and chipotle slaw, and the flank steak was cooked to perfection. For dessert, we had the orange amandine which was a delicious ending to our meal. The hostess was delightful, knowledgeable, and had a lovely accent. The entire staff was friendly, competent, and attentive. We sat outside, enjoying the warm night and watching the barges sail down the canal. We plan on organizing a family outing for my mom's birthday here next. Do not miss the chance to try this hidden gem of a restaurant.

Excellent meal. Don’t listen or be put off by any negative comments, they are obviously used to weatherspoons food . The steak is one of the best steaks I’ve had in years, the place is spotless, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier if they tried.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunches at this restaurant and are now excited to try their new French cuisine.
