The Inn On The Green Ingham

We couldn't fault the quality of the food or the level of service we received. However, please take notice ALL you restaurant owners. These days there is just too little food on the plate ! If you expect people to pay £17 for a main course then at least have the deceny to put some vegetables on the plate! Vegetables are cheap so why are you not providing them? No excuses! I don't call one small serving of garden peas sufficient vegetables. I know things are tight but they are for us customers too so we have to be choosy now where we dine out. So if you expect a customer to be a repeat customer then don't insult us! I don't know if we'd go back here again, so that should tell the owners of this restaurant all they need to know! Think about it, do something about it or go bust!

This pub is absolutely beautiful! Great service, great food and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend a visit here! You won't be disappointed!

I have never before had a steak and ale pie which had tasteless grey meat in thin grey gravy bulked out with large chunks of white onion. I shan't have it again!

When we think about celebrations, or a pint with friends , the Inn on the Green is always our first option, and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything is outstanding, our Sunday Lunch might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service is always delightful and very professional. Sarah and her team do a great job of making you feel welcome and at home! Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. They also catered very competently with my wife’s intolerance to sulphate. We will certainly pay another visit when in that part of beautiful North Lincolnshire.
