The White Swan - West Lindsey

Had a late lunch here with my Mother and sister. Eaten here many times and as ever, excellent service and food. Two of us had chicken skewers which were excellent and then we had main courses of which all were hot, tasty and excellent. Lasagne, chicken curry, we were asked how hot we wanted it and a fish pie which was very hot straight from the grill with its cheese topping. A lovely afternoon catching up with good food and excellent atmosphere

Went for a great dinner at the white swan and had the lamb hotpot. Lovely food, atmosphere and staff. Mainly Sherif who served us was excellent and made us feel very welcomed and made sure we were attended to the whole time. Will certainly be back.

Visited this month in October with my family and the food was delicious. I had fish and chips and it was delicious. The service from all staff was fantastic and couldn’t recommend and will be returning. 10/10 all round.

Shocking experience staying here. Building stank of cannabis. No heating, and birds nesting in the roof above. Avoid this place. Not happy at all. Not offered to reimburse or compensate. Do not stay here.

I've have stayed at the White Swan many times. Yesterday we arrived earlier then planned. Check in was at 4pm but we arrived at 1pm and I asked if it was possible to check in early. As always the staff were accomodating and we were in the room by 1.15pm which was great. The room was lovely but unfortunately we couldn't open the window. I mentioned it to Mary who has always been an absolute pleasure and she advised me to talk to the manager who she assured me would rectify it. The manager was extremely professional and changed and upgraded our room immediately. That evening we had a lovely meal in the Mucky Duck. The food and service was excellent and I highly recommend the Pork and the Cheese board. All in all a great evening with good food and excellent professional staff. I'm staying again tonight so I'll review breakfast tomorrow.
