Carvery was good, but dont order the fish and chips!!! The fish was small and either fried 2 long or deep fried in week old oil!!! It was dark and crunchy!!!! There was even a chip, deep fried and clinging to the outside of the fish Two people in our group ordered the fish and both fish were the same... Shame!!! As the carvery was good and the roast potatoes were crispy!!

Have been coming here regularly for a few months now. Very reasonably priced, good food and lovely staff. Big old farm building, lots of character and plenty of room. Only downside is it could do with a few extra staff at times. Love this place.

Not impressed. It was cold with a blower on. Environmental health issue with the salt container which was damp and rusty which I tried to point out to a kitchen staff member. Didn't appear to understand what I was trying to tell him. Had to advise him to stop shouting at me as I had already resolved my issue by myself as I was not complaining.

First of all, I know electricity is expensive but the whole premises was freezing cold. Not great for elderly and babies. Carvery meats were dry but edible and the veg similar. Not great hence 2/5. Tea and coffee from machine was tepid and more noticeable because of the cold. Overall it was a poor experience which won't be repeated. If they make some small tweaks it could have been so much better.
