Hardly any cheese on our pizzas, we ordered boneless crunchy wings and got normal ones and the prawn Alfredo pasta was such a tiny portion for $16, very disappointing, we will go to dominos next time !!
I hadn't eaten a Pizza Hut pizza in years, and I recently decided to try the Ultimate Hot and Spicy pizza. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. There were barely any toppings, and there was an excessive amount of tomato sauce. It definitely didn’t resemble the picture on the menu.
Also, I don’t understand why they use fading ink on their receipts. I really want all readers to choose Pizza Hut, as their pizza is actually more delicious. They follow what they advertise on the app and meet the standards set by their owners, whoever that may be. Pizza Hut, you need to step up your advertising in East Mackay! I get that there are laws and regulations concerning pizza locations, but there’s no rule against being creative in the business landscape. This creativity could extend to their recipes and marketing. I also think it would be financially advantageous to establish a presence outside the main street areas, where a well-placed building could attract the local community. The only reason that Domino's store is still in business is due to the lack of variety in the area. It feels almost monopolistic! I have some specific locations in mind that would be great business opportunities. If I were the owner of that Domino's, I’d be concerned about how poor customer service and the negative attitudes of the staff reflect badly on management. Better management clearly leads to better employees. Here’s a final thought: that Domino's is within walking distance from my home, and their main clientele are regulars who can easily choose other restaurants since they live in transient areas. Yet the variety is lacking, making it a prime opportunity for another business. Think of it like a game of Monopoly—you can totally take over! I just want to say I love Pizza Hut and all the creativity that goes into your pizzas. I wish you were open 24 hours, but maybe that’s not the best idea for the business. And if you feel inspired, please don't make the mistake of offering hefty discounts to the local community—those can hurt the bottom line due to rent and other costs. Just present your offerings as they are, and you will see more people switching over. Anyway, as Palpatine would say: "Do it!"
