Had quite honestly the best gaming experience in over a decade. Whoever was the relief dealer Sept 6 around 11p was the greatest dealer I've ever met. She was amazing. I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name.Service: 5/5

I think this is a nice facility. Nice rooms, good restaurants, usually good payouts. But security is a problem! Reported being pickpocketed over 3 days ago and nothing so far from the security supervisor, Tim, that promised to call us back after reviewing the surveillance footage. Not really sure how much easier we could have made it for them. Gave them exact machine location and time 5 mins of when it happened.We don't go often because it is 300 miles away. I doubt we will make the drive ever again. If you go, take precautions to be safe, because they sure as hell are not watching out for things or care what happens.

I really didn’t enjoy myself here. Maybe if they had some self serve drink machines and roulette machine that wasnt a scam then I would have fun. But the current roulette machine doesn’t let you win anything ever. The ball falls immediately into the opposite of what you play. The ball doesn’t have a natural fall. They need to get rid of that machine and get a new one. Nobody wants to come play if they can’t at least win a little something.

OK if I had to say what is the best experience from there would be the host. The hosts are very nice. The hotel room very clean. I give the food a 10 .Sometimes when it comes to keeping up with your average bets that’s the only problem I have. But you can come there and have a good time.Rooms: 5/5
