Arby's - West Mifflin

I ordered a French Dip, but I didn't receive the au jus, which really takes away from the experience. They also forgot the other sauces I requested. It's frustrating because these tasks shouldn't be difficult, but it seems like the younger generation is struggling with them.

The food was excellent and the service was attentive. However, I encountered a problem with the cashier, who charged me extra for a drink that should have been included with my meal. I wasn't informed that it was an additional charge until after I had already paid, and it was too hectic at the time to address it. So, I recommend being cautious when placing your order!

I've been really pleased with the service during my recent visits. The food is always served promptly and accurately. The inside of the restaurant is consistently clean. However, I've noticed some issues with the beverage fountain in the lobby; it was being repaired during both of my last visits. Fortunately, they provide drinks from the drive-thru dispenser, so it wasn't really a problem.

This is the last time I 'll come here. I will say the person taking my order was nice but the cashier at the window I have no clue what her problem is. I ordered a 5 piece meal with a loaded fry and I just feel this was made so lazy. I could see if I hada large order but I literally ordered one simple meal and couldn 't be treated accordingly. I asked for extra sauce and asked herwas the extra sauce in the bag for her to tell me yes I can go . When I get home my fries look like this ,no sauce and no strawfor my drink

Well, I didn't receive my entire order. I went in to order since drive thru was 8 cars deep. I was the only 1 at the counter to order. I order a meal of buffalo chicken breast sandwich and did not receive the crinkle fries. Ordered a kids nugget meal anddidn't receive the curly fries. Ordered the buffalo chicken nuggets and they are great. Ordered the usual 2 beef sandwiches. Iactually asked if everything was in the bags and of course assured that all was there. Disappointing
