Feedback gevenI ordered a coolata and the drink had bits of plastic in it. I don't know if there was a broken cup on top of it or what, but it was unsafe and I almost choked on it.
I used to go here all the time but something happened within the last year that their service went downhill. The past three drive through orders have been messed up, started off with just wrong kind of donut or the wrong coffee but today I was missing a full sandwich and all of my bagels had the wrong spreads on them. Good luck trying to call them, no one answers the phone. I won't be returning.
Slowest drive through ever. Every time I go it takes over 15 minutes to get through the drive through. It doesn’t matter how many cars are in front of you either. Worst part is they have it where once you enter the drive through lane, you’re stuck there. It’s a single lane with no area to leave the line or turn around, you just have to wait the 15-30 minutes in line. Go inside, always.
I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts location randomly last week as I don’t usually get my coffee there, but I just happened to be going through a rough situation in my life and needed somewhere to shelter and put something in my belly and the girl working that day, Kara, was so kind and helpful that she changed my whole day, going far above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen from a coffee shop employee. I barely had enough money for a coffee even though I was so hungry and this employee bought me a sandwich out of her own pocket, and then spent her half hour lunch break talking to me while I waited for my ride and she absolutely made my day. This girl was so sweet and helpful and deserves some kind of bonus or promotion, because I will now be a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts especially if they hire more people who actually care like Kara did for me that day
Quite easily the slowest running Dunkin in existence. If you place an online order, expect to wait 20+ min for one item. Every single employee works at an extremely slow pace and and it truly shows how little they care about their customers. Disappointed every time
