Feedback gevenI placed an online order that came out to $60 and I received none of my food or money back!! A rude women who would not be reasonable with me about the food. I tried to have a lazy night since I just got off of work and instead my family and I had to wait longer for a cooked meal. Thanks BK! Fornothing at all. Your manager needs to have better control of the ordering so you won’t run out of food and have loyal dissatisfied customers again!
This burger king is by far the worst one in Modesto, its been 2 times already we stop by and go on the drive through before 10 PM and they refuse service. The last time it was 10 and as soon as I got in they turned off the lights. I drove around and saw an employee laughing in the back. I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau and burger king consumer relations.
I had a very nice experience. The service was good and the order was correct and good. I learned about the crowns rewards while I was waiting for my order so I signed up for it and hope to use it next week.

Usually, we never have an issue with this Burger King, but ordered through Grub Hub .....went through all of the steps, paid, got order confirmation Ok... now we wait .20min later .... Your order has been canceled ....No reason, then come to find out the store is Closed , but shows online that they are open...Wish open/ closed stores were up to date on Grub Hub App
