Terrible customer service. The cashier was rude when I asked for them to fix my messed-up ice cream order. They can't seem to get soft serve and chocolate dip right. I would never recommend this place; save yourself the trouble and go to Dairy Queen if you want it done properly! The manager should really train her staff in proper customer etiquette; otherwise, she seems like a nice person.

The ice cream was enjoyable, but the hot fudge was not served hot, and the staff seemed a bit moody.

I do not recommend this place. I ordered a junior size for $3.79, which is supposed to be two scoops, but what I got was barely a small amount of ice cream. The staff member who served me was not very friendly either. I much prefer Dunkin' because they give you much more ice cream than Carvel. I would suggest avoiding this place.

Wednesday is buy one get one free! I visited this local favorite ice cream shop just before closing at 10 pm. The store is pretty clean and staff are very friendly. Ice cream cakes are their specialties since they have so many different schemes , colors and shapes for different celebrations!

After trying to get ice cream at another place that was closed on Christmas Eve (even though Google maps said it was open), this was the next closest place that was open and this place did not disappoint!!! I got a small cup with one scoop strawberry and another scoop of their butter ice cream. The butter ice cream was new to me and it's amazing! It has bits of biscoff cookies in it. The employee there scooped us huge servings, so big that my fiance saw and changed his order
