Savannah Cafe - West Orange

We ordered the Big Cat Combo, which includes a choice of either a cheeseburger, veggie burger, or grilled chicken, along with a side of fries and a drink. The fries were deliciously crispy and perfectly seasoned with salt. However, the cheeseburger was a bit dry; my sister and I only managed to eat it because we were quite hungry. We rated it a 5 out of 10. My mother, on the other hand, gave the grilled chicken a 7 out of 10.

The staff at Savanna Caffe are the rudest I have ever encountered. The pizza I received was burnt, so I returned it for a less charred one. Instead of being courteous, the employee threw the spatula down in front of my son and me, muttering under her breath while she exchanged the pizza. I am very disappointed with this experience and cannot recommend this café due to the impatience and rudeness of the workers. Additionally, the self-service model does not seem to fit with handling dissatisfied customers in the service industry. Overall, the food and service were terrible.

The pizza restaurant is closed and only offers sandwiches and fries. However, the café serves coffee and has a bakery with reasonable prices.

Worst food ever the food is old I would not eat there if I was you good luck

No healthy options. No bottle recycling or any indication of sustainability. Not a great example to be setting for kids.
