Chuck E. Cheese - West Palm Beach

My son had a travel baseball tournament, and we had some free time, so I took my three kids and we saved our tickets on our map. Later, we went to Chuck E. Cheese in Melbourne, only to be told that our tickets were not valid! The employee at the Chuck E. Cheese in West Palm had specifically told me that the tickets could be used anywhere. I was really frustrated by this situation.

My experience at this restaurant was truly transformative. I even have a Chuck E. Cheese memorabilia in my collection that I honor every day. I absolutely adore this place and have formed a great friendship with the mouse, especially after he playfully spit in my Sprite. I would rate it a perfect 10/10 and will definitely be returning!

The kids had a blast, but my wallet certainly didn't appreciate it. Instead of splurging on a costly meal, I recommend eating beforehand. The games drawn on the maps and the tokens for cards and bands didn't seem to work well, with most either malfunctioning or only partly functioning. Overall, the children are likely to have a great time, but planning your dinner in advance would be a smart idea.

We were blown away, how organized and smooth the birthday party was that we last visited.

Haven't been here in a long time. Definitely has been remodeled. Looks really nice, pretty clean, and lots to do for the kids. My only 1 issue is they used to have a person at the door checking kids in to the parents they came in with so no one could leave with your kids. Not a thing anymore or at least not on the Sunday we went. Not a huge deal but seemed a little safer before with the door check in place. Will definitely be back though. I'm happy with the new look!
