Eating was excellent. osso buca was great! the service was recommended before location

The food was good. nice day to eat outside for lunch before they go to kravis. I only complain that the waiter should not take away the dishes while other people still eat their meal.

The food is VERY good. And we will probably go back because the food is that good. Unfortunately for the prices you are paying for pasta you also expect top notch service. The service was just not good. The server, although very pleasant (when they were there) seemed to be more concerned with doing there prep work than paying attention to their customer. Had to ask multiple times for the simplest items, such as butter for the bread. Never asked or received refills on sodas and drinks. Dirty dishes were on the table so long, that I removed the plates and placed them on a nearby table. Bus-person was trying very hard. However is was very clear they were never trained. While refilling the water glass, they reached through the table and almost elbowed me in the face trying to reach a water glass on the other side of the table. It is a shame the service is so poor in a restaurant that has such great food.

I have been coming to Il Bellagio for many years. Not frequently, but regularly. It's my go-to spot to celebrate or to dine before a Kravis show. It never disappoints. Even just a quick bowl of soup and some of their fantastic bread is a delight.
