Makeb's Bagels - West Palm Beach

There are many different types of bagels available, but it's a good idea to arrive early, as they often run out of some popular selections. Everything we ordered was enjoyable, including the fresh orange juice.

The roast beef was brown, which surprised me because I expected it to be pink, like in a deli. There was no cheese, and they didn’t ask if I wanted any. I requested mustard, but they really went overboard with the bright yellow kind. Overall, it was a disappointing roast beef sandwich.

We had a very unpleasant experience due to the rude attitude of a short-haired lady with highlights. If you're that unhappy working there, perhaps it's time to consider a different job. As regular customers who love their breakfast bagels, we were disappointed and have decided not to return to this location. We recommend going to the Okeechobee military location instead.

You need to speak with your cashiers about the basics about being polite and human interactions. The customer service is constantly a problem here it's offensive. I live locally give it a shot once a year and always fails me.

What's wrong with this please. People are so mean never smile and won't even tell you the concept. It was my first time here and unfortunately the last. Too bad as this place has a potential but it won't happen until owners wake up and change the atmosphere inside the place.
