Palm Beach Meats - West Palm Beach

Wanted to try the pop ups here for a while and finally had the opportunity. It did not disappoint! The biscuits were delicious, the pickled veggies and pimento cheese were perfect together. The flavor combination was well thought out. The inside is clean and bright, not a lot of seating inside but enough so you do not feel crowded. There is outdoor seating. There was a steady stream of customers doing take out orders as well as eating in. I can't wait to try another pop up but they also offer clandestine dinners which are a bit expensive but I'm sure it will be worth the experience! The shop specializes in Waygu meats but most observed customers came for the incredible food!

We got a last minute invitation to a specialty dinner last night (12/30/2021) and enjoyed every mouthful. The tasting courses were bright, innovative, and perfectly sized (I believe it was 8-10 courses but truthfully I lost count). Thankfully our table took some great pictures. It was by far one of the best dinners we have had.My only issue is I let server know that I was allergic to ground nuts, tree nuts and melons, and that my allergies were fairly severe. I carry two EpiPens.The dessert course had a hazelnut which I didn't notice until I bit down on it. I went into the kitchen to verify the dessert and I was a bit disappointed that no one seemed overly concerned. Hazelnuts usually do not cause much beyond hives and stomach pain but it was disappointing that I made sure I notified the server at the beginning of the meal and the mistake was still made. Given the nature of my allergies, it was a positive outcome for which I am thankful, but I also could have been the night's entertainment.

I’ve been ordering a 2.5 lb closely trimmed chateaubriand lately. Pricey but it’s the absolute best beef you have ever eaten. Seared well and in oven till 125 on the thermometer. Sits for 15 minutes….cut with a fork. This place has the highest quality beef and pork in Palm Beach. Really no contest.Husband and wife team….I enjoy shopping there. I drive from Delray it’s that good.

My favorite place in West Palm!! Palm Beach Meats is by far the best gourmet meat market in the area. They also have the best pop up lunches every Saturday and Sunday. I highly recommend going to one if you haven't been already!

Delicious burger. Melts in your mouth. Definitely recommend. Chefs wife is wonderful!
