The restaurant took 2-3 hours to deliver cold, stale pizza every time we ordered. They always forgot our pizza cake and 2-liter drink, despite our reminders. When asked about the delay, the manager suggested that tapping the order more may speed up the delivery. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when the only dining option available is pizza late at night. It is disappointing that the restaurant seems to deliberately neglect their customers, leaving them hungry after a long day of work. It's no wonder why this location on Downtown Fern St. has a bad reputation.
This van provided the worst service I have ever received. We were inside the inn when the driver began complaining about us not getting to the door quickly enough and not being able to reach us. I explained that we were from out of town and could not break a $50 bill, but the driver continued to complain. We decided to cancel our pizza order and find another place to do business because of the rudeness of the service. I would not recommend ordering pizza or delivery from this establishment.
Don't get away from you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ordered a pizza on Tuesday afternoon as 3. my online waiting period was 25-35 min. I got my pizza 1 hour and 45 minutes later. the pizzas were burned and the bread sticks were dry. I called to let her be replaced, and I was told that it would take two and a half hours to come here. Then I asked for a refund. I was told that it would take a week to return my refund to my card. Then I was told that it would take two and a half hours to make my order new and let me get it without refund anyway. This is absolutely unacceptable.
As long as I have lived in West Palm this was a sad and inexcusable experience at Papa Johns Pizza. The young man who took my order when asked if they had curbside services he said yes, which says that they do in call information. It took 4 calls to reach someone to take an order. After sitting in front of the store l stated that l was disable and that did not seemed to matter. Granted the store is small but 2 adults a 3 children all without mask were in the store and none of the employees had on a mask. After the manager got on the phone she was not overly professional and again l said I was disable and it stated that curbside was offered, she said it was not but she would bring it out which she did with NO MASK. Really l will never go there again and if you are disable or not l suggest you not go there unless you'd like the feeling of being made to feel less than. They deserve NO stars.
