Starbucks - West Palm Beach

This dieucks in the antique row district in west palm beach is so architecturally appealing so modern and new. the personal is very professional, always working and cleaning. such a joy to visit a place with professional customer service and people who are proud of their work.

Everybody in the establishment is in slow motion. Took us 20 minutes sitting in the drive through line on a Sunday at noon. Absolute joke... everybody was pissed off and impatient in the parking lot they almost backed into my car because the drive through line wasn't moving.

I visited your location today and Gio took our order he was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Thank you Gio for making it a good day. Our drinks were made perfectly as well, thank you partners. ?

Horrible customer service. Horrible. Went to grab a cappuccino this morning and it was made incorrectly, which isn’t a big deal. However, the drive thru line was ridiculously long and didn’t have time to change it. The Cashier w/ the headset seemed very irritable when I asked her to reheat Croissants since I was in the line so long it was cold. She handed the croissant back to me w/ such disdain. Called and spoke to the shift manager Cynthia, and she was apologetic and told me she’d comp my next drink so I thanked her.Went back around 1pm and there was a new cashier and w/ the same attitude. I’m starting to see that it’s the culture of this specific Starbucks franchise and I will not be going back there which is such a shame since it’s the closest one to my home.

It’s a regular nice Starbucks.? It stands out with it’s cool outdoor seating. With very nice design decisions. Interior is nice and spacious as well.
