Feedback gevenEvery time when they have so many customers, they always messed up. Last time I ordered the fleppe without whipped cream, they put it, so I told them. Instead of making a new one, no! The lady took a lit and scooped the whipped cream out, gross! Today I ordered online like usual, macchiato with extra 2 shots. They said on my app, no caramel today, no problem. I brought my cup and out caramel in and go pick it up. Walked to the car pour the coffee in my cup. First sip I almost throw up. They put extra caramel in it and forgot to put extra 2 shots which I paid for. I can?t walk in and ask them now since I transport the coffee in my cup already. Also when they are busy they don?t care about anything. If I knew they have a good service mind here, I would have walked back and ask them to fix it, but I knew they don?t since last time they just used the lid to scoop the whipped cream out.
I came today in my Palm Beach Outlet Mall Visiting for my first time ! I drank the White Chocolate Mocha ?? (Hot) it was very good ????!! I love Mocha coffee
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was not up to the usual Starbucks standards. I've had better service at other Starbucks locations, even outside the US. All the tables were dirty, and while they only offered outdoor seating, it seemed like they never got cleaned. This reflects poorly on management and has impacted my loyalty to the brand.
This Starbucks is reliable. The staff are generally friendly and the ambiance is nice. The main drawback is the way orders are prioritized. They tend to fulfill pickup orders first, which often leads to long waits—sometimes over five minutes—for a simple coffee. This isn't necessarily the fault of the staff; it's more of a Starbucks-wide issue. Often, the people picking up their orders aren't even present to collect them! Overall, it's a good experience. I’d give the staff five stars, but the overall company gets three stars.
I would rate this experience zero stars if I could. When we arrived at the drive-thru, we saw a sign that read "Ian was nothing." We had just lost our home and community to the hurricane on the other coast and came here seeking shelter. When we expressed that the sign was hurtful and inappropriate given our circumstances, two employees laughed in our faces. We requested to speak with the manager, but she rudely dismissed us and our concerns about both the sign and the behavior of her staff. This was incredibly inappropriate and unkind, especially considering the devastation Ian has caused in Southwest Florida. Starbucks, you need to do better.
