Texas Road House - West Palm Beach

Steaks, Ribs, and lots of finger licking food over here! I would say the one thing about this place it’s the energy and the vibe that quiet a few places is missing as I’ve mentioned in other reviews. Great for family dinner! The bread it’s complementary, very tasty if you don’t mind the carbs, free peanuts and the food was good my favorite were the grilled shrimp, steak was good but didn’t have the sizzle or burnt edges of the fat as I like it. But overall great spot, definitely coming back!

First ever experience at a Texas Roadhouse. Had to say I was very impressed for a chain steakhouse. They had a display of the cuts when you walk in. Staffs were friendly, professional and well-trained. The onion bloom was delicious and the NY strip thick cut was cooked to perfection at medium-rare. Beer was also nice and cold!! For sure will put this on the list of decent chain steakhouse on my next night out. Much better than Outback and more casual than LongHorn.

A really fun place. We've been here several times and they normally have excellent service. The food is normally a great value. This trip the service was very slow. My steak arrived about an hour after we got there and when it arrived both my steak and mashed potatoes were completely cold, the gravy had formed a thick skin and congealed. I had to send it back and it took at least another 30 minutes for a replacement to come. My wife's food was originally served nice and hot but obviously it was then cold by the time my new plate came out... it ruined our night out to be honest. It would have been nice if they offered to reduce the bill for the inconvenience but it seemed like there was very little concern. Maybe they should do a little less dancing and a little more focus on the good service. Fresh bread is hot and delicious as always!

Showed up and got greeted by the maitre d immediately and was able to get a table without too long of a wait. We were then greeted by a friendly server. They took drink orders and then described the menu. Our server was kind and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out in an appropriate time and was cooked to order. They really did a great job with the side dishes. Of course nobody goes out for the sides but I did want to note that they were delicious. The steak was a great cut of meant and the ribs really did fall off the bone. All in all we received what we ordered and were happy about it. Price was not bad and for this reason I gave 5 stars.
