This is like a fresh honey-baked ham in the refrigerator. the sandwiches are very tasty. I have met the new staff and these types are great. they have a great attitude, seem to enjoy what they do, and very attentive to the customer needs. good eating plus great experience 5 stars in my book.
Her honey baked spiral cut ham (on the bone) is delicious, juicy and makes a wonderful presentation. it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it.
In October ordered a ham for Thanksgiving. When it was time to get him, I was told there are no hams anymore? Then I was asked why, and I told her because I had a reserved time to pick it up and expected them to have my ham available. I asked her what to do, and she just wanted to figure out how to get my money back. Very unprofessional, sticky and will never order from here again! I ruined my Thanksgiving, where I could count on the family that came out of town. If you come here and expect a good service, I feel bad for you in advance.
Make sure that you check your order right at the cashier before leaving. I ordered a Thanksgiving feast with turkey, ham, and some sides. I admit they were busy but man they quickly threw everything into a bag and said okay that is everything! They didnt have the green beans but I was like hey, its okay switch it out for mac n cheese. I take a step back to allow someone else in and check my bags, and the turkey was not there. I told them and they gave me a glare but we?re nice about it. I am stepping out of the shop while checking the rest of the bags, and realized not only did they forget the turkey, but two boxes of stuffing. At this point I was holding three bags already, so put them in the car and went back inside. When I came back and told them that not only was I missing the turkey, but the stuffing, they basically scolded me for not checking the bags. I basically was checking the bags right there and they missed three boxes from my order. They were very disrespectful about the situation when it was their fault in the first place for rushing. It was my first time ordering from them because I work full-time as a nurse at the hospital. But they made me feel awful for no reason. I get that you are busy, but have some common courtesy and customer service. It is a good thing that I checked the bags before I even left the store
