The first time there! super nice lady recommended the flagship steak sub. it was prepared in 2 minutes, very hot, very juicy, delicious sub. highly recommended. will be regularly at this simple, inviting place.

Wow! I am on my way and write to places for lunch, as I always like to watch local places. the gps took me at a place that could not be a place for a subshop. yes, it is in the industrial park, but the special today was burger and it was delicious. absolutely delicious! ps: I asked where the two fat young were, they laughed and said no fat young have stayed here!

We were just visiting Florida and my husband was craving a BLT which lead us to this place. So glad we found it! Best BLT we’ve ever had! Ingredients (especially the bread) are fresh and tasty. We shared a Watermelon soda and it was so good. Definitely recommend coming here! Wish we had time to come back!

Food is always delicious and service is always great!

Placed my order through door dash (worst mistake I ever made) they brought wrong order while the correct order was already made. I called and spoke with the owner who went above and beyond to make sure his customer was happy. He went out of his way to bring me the correct order, this made my day and I was so grateful! I was on my lunch break at work and didn't have the time to go there and pick it up. So thank you again!!! The food has been awesome as well. Cuban, chef salad and potato salad. Will definitely be back!
